Cost:            $125.00 for non members
Time:           9:00 – 12:00 Daily
Ages:           7-13
 
The Diamond Mine is pleased to announce the 2012 summer camp dates.  Camp will be Monday thru Friday 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM.  All fundamentals will be covered in both baseball and softball.  Hitting, fielding (infield and outfield), pitching, catching, base running and speed and agility training will highlight the week.  Each day there will be player competitions to challenge the participants.  Also participants will be involved in game situations that will motivate and challenge them.  Players that are interested in improving their skills are encouraged to attend.  Coaches from The Diamond Mine with many years of experience will be conducting the camp.

Diamond Mine 13U Wins Championship
 
The Diamond Mine 13U team went 4-0 this past weekend to claim another championship.  The team rode strong pitching and timely hitting to stake their names to the crown.  The 13U Diamond Mine team is coached by Keith Kuykendall.

Zach Brank Named Dugout Club Player of the Week

Zach Brank Named Dugout Club Player of the Week for April 30th – May 4th



The Diamond Mine is pleased to announce that Zach Brank from Owen High School has been named The Diamond Mine Dugout Club Player of the week for his outstanding performance last week.   Brank is finishing his senior year off in a strong fashion.  In his last regular season game of his senior year the left fielder went 2x3 (.667) with 2 homeruns, 1 walk, 2 runs scored and 4 RBI’s.  He had an amazing 2.67 slugging Pct for the game.  Brank becomes the 2nd Owen player named as Player of the week as the Warhorses get ready to play in the state playoffs.  Brank is coached by long time Owen coach Anthony Lee.

The Diamond Mine 12U Wins Three in a Row

 
The Diamond Mine 12U continued their winning ways this past weekend with another championship.  This marks the 3rd consecutive championship for the Diamond Mine 12U team and moves their record to 16-3-1 on the season.
